You may contact the City of Tampa directly and make comments on the project through the "Subscription" page.Alternatives Public WorkshopAn Alternatives Public Workshop for the East-West Road Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study and Interchange Justification Report (IJR) was held on Tuesday, May 13, 2003, at Freedom High School, 17410 Commerce Park Boulevard, Tampa, Florida.The Study’s purpose is to establish the conceptual location and design concepts for a proposed East-West road between I-275 and Commerce Park Boulevard. The City of Tampa, in cooperation with the Florida Department of Transportation, presented various “Build” alternatives for the proposed East-West road at the workshop. In addition to the Build alternatives, the “No-Build” alternative will remain a viable alternative throughout the duration of the PD&E Study process.Aerial plans, workshop graphics, and the project handout are available for review on the “Alternatives Public Workshop” page of this web site. Public comments may be submitted through the “Subscription” page of this web site.
